Mold Remediation

Most people in the Valley assume the desert protects them. It does not. Arizona homes get mold from the water they hide indoors: slab leaks, AC condensation lines, water heater seeps, monsoon roof intrusion, and the supply line behind a wall that has been weeping for a year.

Dry air outside means nothing when the moisture is inside the wall.

Mold is a symptom, not the problem

This is the part other companies skip. Mold is what grows where water already is. If someone removes the mold without finding the water, it comes back, and you paid for nothing.

We find the source first. Then we remediate. Then we fix what we opened up. One company, one call, start to finish.

What we do

1. Assess. Find the moisture source and map how far the mold actually reached, which is usually further than the visible patch.
2. Contain. Seal the work area under negative pressure so spores do not spread through the house while we work.
3. Remove. Take out contaminated porous materials. Drywall and insulation that have grown mold do not get cleaned, they get replaced.
4. Dry and correct. Dry the structure properly and address the water source, or it all happens again.
5. Repair. Drywall, texture, paint, flooring. Restored, not left open.

About testing

If you want a clearance test proving the work is done, we will tell you honestly: the best test is one from an independent industrial hygienist, not from the company that did the remediation. We are happy to work alongside one. A company that grades its own homework is not giving you much.

About the cost

Mold is the one place where the usual insurance answer changes. Most homeowner’s policies cap mold coverage at a sublimit, or exclude it entirely unless it resulted from a sudden covered water event. Long-term seepage is typically excluded.
